Purpose of Position

• We are seeking a talented Interior Architectural Supervisor to join our team. Who will oversee and manage interior design projects within our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Essential Duties / Key Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop design concepts, specifications, and drawings for interior spaces.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or related field.
• Certification or licensure in interior design or architecture is a plus.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
• Proven experience in managing interior design projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
