Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist (ICT) Finance Executive and Retail Sales Officer. The role involves managing network administration, troubleshooting, ensuring network security, and providing customer service.
• The Finance Executive is responsible for the production of monthly management accounts, review and approve all reconciliation and schedules, preparation of overall annual budget of the company and perform all financial control functions.
• The Retail Sales officer is responsible for acquisition of new businesses and ensuring delivery of best services for our customers.

Qualifications/Skills

ICT

• Experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and network security
• Customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

Finance Executive

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience
• 5 years and above relevant experience in a financial institution especially a Microfinance institution
• ICSN/ACCA qualified
• MCP Certfied
• Proficiency in use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Good knowledge of IFRS reporting standard especially IFRS 9
• Must have a good grasp of technology
