Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or a similar field
- Proven 7 years working experience as an ICT Officer or relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting ICT systems.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Administration
- Experience with operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network configuration and network administration.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- Required Competence:
- Experience in manufacturing or related fields preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to effectively support users and collaborate with other team members.
