• This is a full-time on-site role for an I.T Pre Sales Engineer at Infytel Communications in Lagos.
• The Pre Sales Engineer will be responsible for sales engineering, providing technical support, effective communication, sales activities, and exceptional customer service.
• The role involves engaging with customers to understand their technical requirements, providing product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and addressing customer inquiries.
• The Pre Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team and product development teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sales and Customer Service experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, Microsoft, etc.) are beneficial
