Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Create visually appealing and impactful reports, presentations, and dashboards using graphic design tools.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather HR-related data and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide support in the preparation and execution of employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee recognition programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in any of the following: Business Administration / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Social Sciences / Humanities, etc., from a reputable university or polytechnic.
  • At least, a student membership of a reputable HR regulatory body.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and the ability to translate data into visually appealing reports and presentations.
  • Prior experience in HR and data analytics will be an added advantage.
  • The job is located in Surulere. Applicants need to reside on Mainland for easy of commuting to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
