A reputable company in Ibadan is recruiting experienced Human Resources Managers and Restaurant Managers for immediate employment
Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager must
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant誷 good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager

Human Resources Manager must
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization誷 compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Skills and Competencies
- A bachelor誷 degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledgeof a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Applicants must reside in Ibadan.
