Human Resources Manager needed at People Capacity Management

• We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the organisation.
• They will oversee talent acquisition, consult with top executives on strategic planning, and serve as a link between the management and the employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Conduct salary negotiations and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Advise and assist managers in addressing employee-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, performance management, and recognition programs.
• Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that goals and objectives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• Stay up to date with changes in labor legislation and proactively address any potential risks or issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• BSc. in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have worked in the Real Estate Industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
