Baccalaureate Consult is a leading travel agency seeking an experienced and versatile HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, staff welfare, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Collate and analyze staff sales reports, identifying areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including personal details
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, focusing on staff wellness and well-being
- Develop and implement staff training and development programs
- Assist with sales, customer service, operations, and logistics as needed
- Support financial and accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
- Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with suppliers and partners
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must be 35 years and above
- Experience in IELTS (International English Language Testing System) administration or training is a plus (not mandatory but advantageous)
