Human Resources (HR) Manager needed at Baccalaureate Consult

Baccalaureate Consult is a leading travel agency seeking an experienced and versatile HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our staff, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, staff welfare, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Collate and analyze staff sales reports, identifying areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including personal details
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, focusing on staff wellness and well-being
• Develop and implement staff training and development programs
• Assist with sales, customer service, operations, and logistics as needed
• Support financial and accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with suppliers and partners

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Must be 35 years and above
• Experience in IELTS (International English Language Testing System) administration or training is a plus (not mandatory but advantageous)
