Job Summary
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Supports the development and implementation of the performance management and learning & development systems of the company to optimise staff performance and foster employee development.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Works with Line Managers to ensure that performance discussions are documented on the digital platform
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Drives the process of goal setting for all staff at different levels and ensures it is documented on the digital platform
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Suggest new HR Strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business with senior management and key holders.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Initiates and concludes the process of employee confirmation.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Assists with the design and development of learning content for in-house and function/ organisation-specific topics and conducts train-the-trainer sessions.
- Works with line managers and heads of functions to identify job needs/workload assessments.
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND
- 5 years minimum experience in the HR field.
- Indebt experience in Performance Management and learning
- Recognised Human Resource Certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPM, etc.).
- A deep knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills.
