Job Summary:

• The HR Officer plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization’s growth through effective HR management.
• They will be responsible for implementing the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, providing administrative support in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth.
• Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address HRrelated issues, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend improvements or changes as needed.
• Handle other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• BSC / HND in Human Resources or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources Management, including recruitment and personnel management
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels of the organization
