Job Description
- Proven experience collaborating with clients to assess their people and process needs as well as providing strategic guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Able to conduct HR audits and assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement while actively contributing to the growth and development of our HR Consulting practice
- Able to develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that align with clients business objectives. Outstanding communication & presentation skill is required.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices, and exhibit the ability to foster strong client relationships as well as act as a trusted HR advisor.
Requirements
- ?Minimum of a First Degree from a reputable institution
- 7-8 years experience in an HR Generalist or in a similar HR consulting role.
