Summary:

As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic partner to the business leaders, providing HR expertise, guidance, and support to drive the organization’s overall success. Your role is to align HR initiatives and programs with the company’s objectives, foster a positive work culture, and ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. You will collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges, implement HR policies, and drive employee engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Planning: Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals. Participate in long-term workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws. Address and resolve employee relations issues effectively and proactively.
  3. Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans to enhance employee performance and growth.
  4. Talent Acquisition: Work with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and support the recruitment process. Help design job descriptions, participate in interviews, and provide insights to attract and select the best candidates.
  5. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and assist in designing learning programs to develop employee skills and competencies. Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  6. Employee Engagement: Implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Monitor employee satisfaction, conduct surveys, and recommend actions to improve engagement and retention.
  7. HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations. Keep abreast of employment laws and industry best practices to advise management on HR compliance matters.
  8. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages and benefits offerings to attract and retain talent.
  9. Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change and transformation by assisting with change management initiatives, communication plans, and cultural integration.
  10. HR Data and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions related to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or Business is advantageous.
  2. Proven experience (typically 8-10 years) as an HR generalist or business partner, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related software.
  8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  9. HR certifications, such as CIPM, SHRM-CP or PHR, is compulsory
