Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee files, including benefits information and performance reviews.
  • Process payroll data and ensure timely completion of payroll.
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed of and comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for staff.
  • Maintain office filing systems and databases.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage the company calendar.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate are a plus.
