Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee files, including benefits information and performance reviews.
- Process payroll data and ensure timely completion of payroll.
- Assist with employee relations, including addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed of and comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for staff.
- Maintain office filing systems and databases.
- Prepare professional presentations and reports.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage the company calendar.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate are a plus.
