Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into our company culture and equipped with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Manage health insurance enrollments, updates, and queries to ensure all employees receive their entitled health benefits without discrepancies.
- Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining a positive lasting relationship.
- Organize and coordinate HR-related meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support the coordination and execution of training programs and workshops to promote employee development.

- Craft and distribute essential HR communications that align with our company’s values and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal announcements, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of important information throughout the company.
- Oversee the probation period tracking and confirmation processes, ensuring evaluations are conducted fairly and timely.
- Assist with various HR tasks as needed, providing support across the department to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
