Our Client, a telecommunication compnay specialized in the sales of gadgets and high-end smartphones is recruiting for the role of a Sales Representative to act as a front desk officer to sell company’s products by identifying leads and advising customers on products.
- Sales of gadgets and accessories to walk-in customers
- Seize opportunities for potential sales and help customers find products that meet their needs
- Answer customers’ questions about availability, delivery schedules, warranties and servicing of products.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp chats
- Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of products or services to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Carry out research on technological advances, upgrades, changes and other matters concerning the products or services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Provide customer feedback to the manager
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products, identify and report on competitor pricing and marketing strategies
- Document sales by creating and updating records of customer profiles
- Minimum BSc/HND in any field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Must be female
- Proficient with MS Office tools.
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical customer service skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environment
