Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
- Oversee employee relations, including managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Develop and manage performance management programs to support employee growth and development
- Strategic planning on the company’s growth Training and development Performance management Attendance monitoring Recruitment, onboarding, and placement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy and security compliance
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Manage HR-related budgets and expenses.
- Participate in developing and executing company-wide initiatives and programs.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of human resource management experience is preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Salary
N200,000 monthly
