Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
  • Oversee employee relations, including managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Develop and manage performance management programs to support employee growth and development
  • Strategic planning on the company’s growth Training and development Performance management Attendance monitoring Recruitment, onboarding, and placement.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy and security compliance
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage HR-related budgets and expenses.
  • Participate in developing and executing company-wide initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of human resource management experience is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary
N200,000 monthly
