As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and supporting our talented team. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and professional development.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employee skill enhancement.
  • Support career development initiatives to nurture talent within the organization.

Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies in alignment with local regulations and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies and other perks.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance the competitiveness of our benefits offerings.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to leadership.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
