HR Mage is Recruiting For Freelance Business Development Executives

We require the services of Business Development Officers to help the company generate leads/opportunities for our software solutions and translate such opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate would be one who has excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills, as well as some basic IT/ICT skills.

What we offer: To start with, successful candidates will be placed on a pay structure of 20% commission on each sale generated by such candidates. Additional bonus will be applicable upon meeting and exceeding sales target.

Work Hours: Work hours are flexible; candidates will work from home, but briefings/debriefing and process evaluation will be held remotely once-a-week (Zoom or Teams). Requirements: This position requires the candidate to have access to the Internet, social media skills, and to also have some basic research and market planning skills.
