HR Generalist (Recruitment & Performance Management) needed at GIG Logistics

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and application tracking
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management processes and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
• Identify training and development needs and recommend solutions
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide general HR support, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• ?Professional certification in Human Resource Management e.g. CIPM, PHRI is an added advantage.
