Job Summary:

  • The HR Assistant Recruiter will support the HR department in various recruitment processes and human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist in preparing job offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.

Onboarding:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files and documents.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents.

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

General HR Support:

  • Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
