Job Summary:
- The HR Assistant Recruiter will support the HR department in various recruitment processes and human resources operations.
- This role involves assisting with the recruitment of new employees, coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and supporting HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Assist in preparing job offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files and documents.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documents.
Employee Relations:
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
General HR Support:
- Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Support the HR team in various projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
