Job Description
- Recruitment Section: Develop the annual recruitment plan, publish job requirements, collect and select resumes, schedule and execute interviews, recommend and hire personnel to ensure the completion of the company’s recruitment plan.
- Draft and implement relevant rules and regulations for localization promotion, and assist in handling the daily work of the Human Resources Department.
- Employee training and development: Responsible for organizing the work of the training center, formulating training plans, proposing budget for training expenses, organizing relevant training activities, and submitting relevant declarations to ITF.
- Employee Relationship Management: Responsible for handling employee complaints and disputes, establishing a good corporate culture, and maintaining relationships with government agencies such as the Ministry of Labor and trade unions.
- According to the requirements of performance management, develop a localized performance evaluation plan, organize the implementation of performance management, and supervise and control the relevant performance evaluation process.
- Location – FCT Abuja (Fixed work location, but frequent business trips may be required.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Public Admin, Business Admin, Management, e.t.c.
- Having excellent management skills and communicate skills.

- Having excellent writing skills and skilled in drafting various documents;
- Those who are familiar with the HRBP work model or have relevant experience will bepriority considered.
