Hospital Cleaner/Housekeeper needed at BARIEL Medical Center

JOB DESCRIPTION for Cleaner/Housekeeper

• Respond to emergencies in relation to cleaning hospital environment
• Appropriately dispose of general and medical waste products and document the procedure involved accordingly.
• Use various types of cleaning and disinfecting agents and equipment, like washing machines, etc.
• Performs other duties, as may be necessary or assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates should possess at least a SSCE or equivalent qualification with 1 – 2 years’ work experience.
• Hands-on work experience as Cleaner/House keeper
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Must have good command of written and spoken English and computer literate
