Your Key Responsibility
- As the Head of People and Culture, your responsibilities will include:
Addressing Managerial Inexperience:
- Recruit more experienced managers where needed.
- Assess the current managerial capabilities.
- Identify managers who can step up and provide necessary training.
Shifting the Company Mindset:
- Implement initiatives to transition the team from an experimental mindset to a growth-oriented mindset.
- Align company growth with personal career development and promotion opportunities.
Building Corporate Identity:
- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Company’s corporate identity internally.
- Improve internal communication and ensure company achievements are celebrated and rewarded.
Supporting Critical Hiring:
- Lead the recruitment efforts for a new Marketing Manager and Head of Products.
- Ensure these new hires are aligned with the Company’s strategic goals and culture.
Requirements
What You Should Have:
- 7+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
