Head of Strategy and Marketing or Commercial Lead needed at Demyhealth Clinic and Genomic Medicine

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for the laboratory, aligning with the organization’s vision and goals.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior management to set strategic priorities and ensure their effective execution.
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the laboratory’s brand and market presence.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Manage and optimize the laboratory’s online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the laboratory’s services and client base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clients, and industry partners.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer issues and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development.

Qualification/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a strategic or marketing leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or medical laboratory industry.
• Strong knowledge of market research, business development, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business goals.
