Head of Learning and Development needed at Eduvacity

• We’re looking for a Head of Learning and Development to lead our efforts in designing courses and delivering the best learning experiences.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within an EdTech environment.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful educational programs, particularly in higher education or lifelong learning.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning technologies, and adult learning theories.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with a hands-on approach.
