The position
- This role is responsible for shaping the HR strategy, driving organizational culture and ensuring that Renmoney attracts, develops and retains top talent. The role holds membership within the local Management Committee.
Responsibilities
- Deploy global standards to support management in the definition and implementation of the organizational plan which identifies the human resources needs to support the business in the short, medium and long-term.
- Lead a culture transformation across the organisation to build a robust performance culture.
- Support commercial operations management, provide operational support and expertise on all HR matters within the organization, ensuring total compliance to local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices.
- Lead the implementation and continued application of key HR processes within the organization, in terms of compensation & benefits, performance management, training, people development (career planning, talent management, succession-planning, etc.).
- Build a “Hiring as a business” process using the latest AI tools to ensure large scale recruitment in customer facing roles.
- Implement and maintain competitive and incentive-driven / variable compensation programs.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally majoring in Human Resources management.
- 10+ years in HR, with preference for multinational companies operating in Africa and elsewhere at managerial level.
- very strong Interpersonal Communications, Leadership and Management
