Qualifications: 

• The duties of a credit manager include developing credit scoring models, negotiating loan terms, and calculating interest rates.
• You should have a degree in accounting or finance, as well as expertise processing loan applications, to be successful in this position.
• 4 years and above of experience in Marketing and Credit with a reputable financial Institution and must have headed a department previously.
• Previous banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Market microloans and SMEs
• Deposit mobilization
• Coordinating and Directing the Branches Marketing Activities.
• Assess client creditworthiness in line with 5cs of credit.
• Report to CEO.
