Head of Academics needed at Human Capital Partners

Job Summary

• The Head of Academics reports directly to the Director General to foster the mission and vision of the school, providing leadership management and strategic planning for the school.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee all academic, research and related programs for the school.
• Design and ensure the quality of curriculum, meet the highest academic standard to achieve top quality level of training and programs, seminar for the school.
• Coordinate all teaching and non-teaching functions of the school including courses and program curriculum in collaboration with Director General and the university.
• Organize and arrange teaching plans and examinations in line with the approved calendar of the school.
• To initiate and maintain contact with the headship of departments and dean of relevant faculties of the submission of admission list, processing of results for consideration and approval by the relevant layers of the university.

Requirements

• First degree in political science, public administration, social science or any related discipline.
• A Phd in political science or public administration or sociology or any related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in academia with 3 years’ experience as a dean.
• Proven administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful with entrepreneur, financial, communication and organizational skills.
