The Ideal candidate will be responsible for;
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.

Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with current legislation.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and systems.
- Implement performance improvement plans and strategies.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive workplace culture.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in an HR consulting environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
