Job Summary

As our Head of Corporate/Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the bank’s corporate and commercial banking business. The role involves the development and execution of strategies aimed at fostering relationships with large corporate and commercial entities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of world-class banking services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate and Commercial Banking teams in identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies to drive business expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities within the corporate/commercial space, targeting high-value clients and industries.
• Ensure the commercial banking unit meets its profitability targets, balancing revenue generation with effective cost management.
• Ensure all operations are in full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• BSc in a related field from a reputable institution; MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking
• Extensive experience managing large corporate accounts and commercial clients.
