• The Head, Audit, and Control will be responsible for the leadership, governance, and management of the group’s Internal Audit and Forensics Services function and for providing independent assurance of the internal control environment of the group through the implementation of the Group’s Internal audit and Risk Management Methodologies, systems, tools and best practices as prescribed by the Group Internal Audit and Forensics function.
• S/he will be adding value to the business by recommending and monitoring remedial actions.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
• First degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance or any other related discipline
• Chartered Accountant 
• Professional Internal Audit qualifications such as CIA and ACFE preferred

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in internal audit and forensics
• Senior Management/C-suite Experience
• Minimum 8 years in the telecommunications industry.
• Work across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous
• Industry recognition and Technology publication
