Job Summary:

• The Growth Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to effectively navigate the dynamic logistics industry.
• The Marketing Supervisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and executive leadership to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability at Speedaf Logistics Nigeria Limited.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences.
• Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts and client acquisition.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
