Job Summary

  • As the Product Growth and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our products through strategic marketing initiatives, user acquisition campaigns, and data-driven optimization strategies.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, analysing user behaviour, and implementing growth hacking techniques to maximize user engagement, retention, revenue, and brand reach.

Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product growth and marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

User Acquisition and Conversion Optimization

  • Lead user acquisition efforts across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to optimize user acquisition funnels, landing pages, and onboarding experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user segmentation to refine messaging, targeting, and creative assets for maximum impact.

Product Marketing and Positioning

  • Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and positioning strategies to differentiate our products in the market.
  • Create and optimize marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, social media content, product content, sales enablement materials, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product roadmap and go-to-market plans.

Data Analytics and Performance Optimization

  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to analyze user behavior, customer journey, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve user engagement and retention.
  • Implement tracking and attribution methodologies to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on user acquisition, conversion, and revenue.

Retention and Customer Loyalty

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers through targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communication.
  • Implement feedback loops and customer listening mechanisms to gather insights and improve product features, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in product growth and marketing to drive innovation and differentiation.

Community Development and Management

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with our user community through online forums, social media channels, and community events.
  • Facilitate engagement and interaction among community members, encouraging discussions, sharing of ideas, and collaboration.
  • Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and support requests in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive user experience.
