Job Summary

Rapyd Cars is a leading commercial auto finance company. We are looking for a growth and marketing expert to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute our overall growth and marketing strategy. You will also be responsible for managing our team of marketing professionals and overseeing all aspects of our marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in developing and executing growth and marketing strategies. You must deeply understand the commercial auto finance market and the competitive landscape. You must also understand the unique needs of commercial auto finance customers and develop marketing campaigns that resonate with these customers

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for the company

Identify and target new customer segments

Oversee all aspects of the company’s marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and public relations

Analyse data and insights to drive growth

Track and analyse the results of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments

Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

2+ years of experience in developing and executing growth and marketing strategies for businesses in the financial services industry.

Deep understanding of the commercial auto finance market and the competitive landscape

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Creative and innovative approach to marketing

Ability to multi-task

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
