Group Head Experiential and Consumer Marketing needed at Verdant Zeal Limited

Job Description

• Manage brands and client relationships – coordinate creative submissions and gather creative assets from clients.
• Collaborating with client brands to execute campaigns to ensure alignment between market needs on deliverables.
• Manage brand and product launch timing – product life cycle planning and future product planning.
• Collaborate with all the team across the group to produce compelling promotional campaigns- exceeding our client’s expectations.
• Engage in the planning and execution of internal and external promotional events and materials.
• Head the team and partner interests at internal creative review meetings, championing post-sale ad campaign creation and execution process.
• Carry out market research analysis to determine pre-and-post-brand performance analysis, brand health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Create a culture of integrity with industry leading clients, ensuring the team drives memorable consumer experiences at on-site activations.
• Develop and assist marketing programs across multiple channels.

Requirements

• First degree in any relevant discipline with 8-12 years of experience in experiential and consumer marketing.
• Specialised (additional) professional qualifications will be an added advantage. 
• Must have prior experience in an Advertising/Branding Agency. 
• A solid history of relationship growth success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations of clients
• Strong client-facing presentation skills.
• Good industry knowledge of brand development, strategy, and management.
• Strong Knowledge of Experiential Activations.
• High attention to detail, highly organized, and efficient.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional coordination is key
