Tope Adebayo LP, a leading law firm in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager & Digital Marketer. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and strategic professional to play a key role in shaping the firm’s online presence and brand identity.


Graphic Design:

  • Design high-quality and visually appealing graphics for all marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, website graphics, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain the firm’s brand identity across all visual communications.
  • Create infographics, charts, and other visual elements to enhance communication and data presentation.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and best practices.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, client engagement, and thought leadership.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Manage social media communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster online conversations.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies to optimize performance.

Digital Marketing:

  • Assist with website development and content management, ensuring website content is fresh, informative, and SEO-friendly.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients.
  • Research and implement new digital marketing tools and strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimal results.


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing combined, working with a known professional service firm.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) and best practices especially for professional service firms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to direct trends and updates in the legal industry as content materials for the firm.
  • Passion for and experience in the legal industry is a plus.
