Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 20 years working experience in the Insurance industry (General Insurance, Reinsurance and Special Risk i.e. Oil & Gas, Marine and Aviation).
- Must be an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London or Nigeria.
- Must be marketing and technology inclined, and IT compliant.
Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for technical innovation and improvement.
- Ensure all technical operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
- Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
