Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the company for efficiency and effectiveness towards achieving set-goals.
- Prepare the company’s remuneration and other budgets,recommend, plan and implement remuneration structure revisions.
- Set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for all job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all employee work results periodically.
- Formulate effective performance appraisal policy, procedures and ensure its compliance
- Conduct training needs analysis and institutionalize a well coordinated human capital development program focusing on results and impact by recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training employees.
- Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.
- Initiate sales and marketing strategies to surpass set targets
Qualifications / Requirements
- First Degree in any course. Additional qualification is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years management experience
- Manufacturing / FMCG industry is required
