KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our portfolio and drive brand awareness/visibility and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and capitalize on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Brand Management And Engagement
- Develop and implement an approach to brand management and engagement that aligns with brand strategies across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that strategies and activities across all departments enhance organizational public image and resonate with external stakeholders.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral and digital assets to support sales and brand initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to customer needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership and Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and results-driven work environment.
- Conduct regular marketing meetings, set clear objectives, provide regular performance feedback, and support the marketing team in achieving their goals.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management.
Financial Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports, marketing forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial efficiency.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Extensive experience of over 25 years in marketing management, with at least 15 years in a managerial role in Automobile.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving brand growth.
Essential Skills:
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
