ABC Logistics is one of Nigeria’s big players in the logistics industry. With a good structure and pleasant working environment our staffs are dedicated and happy doing their jobs. We seek to engage the service of a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our Logistics service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area , attending to customer’s ,assessing waybill and  contracting waybill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm,  courteous , and professional manner.
  • 100% inspections of items (Documents & parcels) to be contracted on waybill. 
  • Properly identify, classify, mark, label, and document shipments.
  • Ascertain and advise the customer on the appropriate packaging required for parcels.
  • Correct price allocation of waybill types
  • Booking of waybills on cargo software .
  • Confirm the arrival of shipment from the system .

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a logistics Front Desk role.
  • Applicant must reside within Lagos (Yaba, Amuwo & within).
  • Applicant must reside within Abuja (Utako and within its environment).
  • High attention to details and organizational skill.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline 
  • MUST have completed NYSC programme.
