We seek to engage the service of a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our Logistics service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area , attending to customer’s ,assessing waybill and contracting waybill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm, courteous , and professional manner.
- 100% inspections of items (Documents & parcels) to be contracted on waybill.
- Properly identify, classify, mark, label, and document shipments.
- Ascertain and advise the customer on the appropriate packaging required for parcels.
- Correct price allocation of waybill types
- Booking of waybills on cargo software .
- Confirm the arrival of shipment from the system .
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a logistics Front Desk role.
- Applicant must reside within Lagos (Yaba, Amuwo & within).
- Applicant must reside within Abuja (Utako and within its environment).
- High attention to details and organizational skill.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- OND/HND/B.Sc in any discipline
- MUST have completed NYSC programme.
