Position Overview:

  • The Founders Associate at PharmaRun will work directly with the founders to support the execution of strategic initiatives and daily operations. A Founder’s Associate (FA) is a strategic role that involves working closely with company founders to help shape their vision and strategy. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong business acumen and the ability to think critically about the company’s direction and growth. They also need to be able to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • The role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the workings of a high-growth company and to contribute to its success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  •  Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects and initiatives related to Pharmarun
  •  Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure successful project completion.

Research and Analysis:

  •  Conduct market research and gather data to support strategic decision-making 
  •  Analyze business performance metrics and prepare insightful reports to optimize operations.

Strategic Initiatives:

  •  Participate in strategic planning sessions and help develop business strategies to enhance service efficiency and expand market reach.
  •  Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Event Planning:

  •  Organize and manage company events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.

Communication:

  •  Draft and manage communications, including emails, presentations, and internal memos.
  •  Represent the founders in meetings and communications when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting or in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or logistics.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software.
  • Previous experience working in consulting
