Key Challenges
- Partner with the business and support or co-lead touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
- Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
- Be a key partner for developing a coherent affiliate commercial & pricing strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, business opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation
- Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
- Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
- Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
- Stimulate behaviours across the organisation aligned with financial objectives.
- Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective.
- Propose & drive ideas for P&L improvement – upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc
- Play active part in ensuring sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
- Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
Who you Are:
- You hold a completed University degree or equivalent; preferably in a finance/controlling and/or commercial field
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Other requirements: Experience with SAP and/or Business Intelligence & Analytics Software is an advantage
