Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales and Collections Officer.
• The Field Sales and Collections Officer will be responsible for customer relations, sales, business relationship management, and customer service.
• The role involves working on-site in Lagos and conducting field sales and collections activities.

• Skills in Client Relations, Sales, and Business Relationship Management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
• Experience in sales or collection roles
• Familiarity with the Lagos area and local markets is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Fluency in English and local language
• OND or HND or BSC
