FFTH Project Supervisor needed at IpNX Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and deployment of fiber-optic cables directly to homes, ensuring high-quality standards
• Lead a team of technicians and ensure timely and efficient completion of all FTTH installation projects
• Conduct site surveys, plan cable routes, and manage fiber network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fiber-optic installations, ensuring minimal service interruptions
• Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless services to customers
• Prepare detailed progress reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FTTH technology with a strong technical background
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiber-optic network installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic network design, installation, and troubleshooting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
