Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced farmers to cultivate and harvest crops.
• Assist with irrigation, planting, and weeding activities.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities.
• Participate in other farm-related tasks and projects as needed.
• No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / FSLC with 1-3 years experience. Competitive hourly wages with opportunities for overtime.
