Job Overview
- We are looking to employ a Site Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specified site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
- This role manages the staff and activities at the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress of all site activities
- Review daily site work and suggest any improvement measures
- Ensure project completion as per the set timeline
- Translate blueprints into plans
- Coordinate and supervise all workers
- Provide schedules for workers
- Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Organize the equipment and manpower necessary to complete the project
- Ensure all equipment are in working order and good condition
- Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3 years industry knowledge is strongly desired.
- Professional qualification is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good reporting skills
- Budget and scheduling management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
