Extruder Operator – PFM needed at Flour Mills Of Nigeria Plc.

The Job

• Prepare machine to produce Aqua Pellets.
• Check and adjust steam Valves to regulate temperature and moisture of pellets.
• Check production line dryer, coater, Sieves and other physical parameters of Extruded fish pellets.
• Adjust ammeters and valves to regulate flow of material into Extruder.
• Tend to the bucket elevator to transfer pellets to finished feed bin.
• Make repairs to equipment when necessary and replace all defective, broken or worn out components.

The Person

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in production workspace.
• Have good knowledge of extruder operations.
• Have a good communication skill.

Qualification

• Minimum of OND certificate in Sciences or Engineering.
• 5 O Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings

Experience:

• 3+ years’ of cognate experience
• Experience in Feed Milling is an added advantage
