Management Firm to undertake the following specific work on a commission basis:
- Fully manage the estate, supervise and direct the affairs associated or related to the daily operations of the estate;
- To collect, on behalf of Resident Association, all revenues related to the service charges, to pay all bills related to water, security, cleaning and others expenses as agreed

LHP2 now invites eligible companies (ñFirmsî) to indicate their interest by way of an Expression of Interest (EOI) in accordance with requirements stated herein in providing the services as specified in this document. Interested Firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required experience, competences, skills, and qualifications relevant for performance of the services whether as individual firms or joint ventures.
The Firm shall submit Company profiles, Company registration documents, Curriculum Vitae of key personnel and professional staff, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience under similar environment or conditions via email Lakeviewestatetwo@gmail.com The Firm must demonstrate that they have a fully established business office. Additionally, interested firms are invited to visit the estate for assessment during the hours of 10:00 1400 from 20th 26th June 2022.
The minimum criteria for short–listing of the Firm shall entail:
- The Firm must be a registered company with CAC.
- 2 years’ experience in the field of rental collections and property management/maintenance;
- Appropriate Property Management Software;
- Demonstrated experience and qualifications of the Firm’s personnel that will be assigned to provide real estate management services as related to the scope of the assignment.
- A minimum of three (3) reference letters from traceable estate must be submitted.
- The References must be for similar assignments and in the last 2 (2) years; one (1) of the three (3) clients shall be a current contract.
The following documents should also be submitted:
- detailed company profile;
- company registration documents;
- detailed CVs of key personnel and professional staff (including certified educational certificates of the professional staff);
- a summary the Firm’s experience in similar assignments, together with the names and contact details of persons connected with these assignments who will provide references.
Short–listed Firms will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals. The Firm submitting the successful proposal will be engaged on the contractual terms set out in that document. The expression of interest must be submitted via email on or before 22nd June 2022 by 1700hrs local time and clearly titled on the subject of the email ñEOI Ref LHP2: Estate Management.î Late expressions of interest will be rejected.
