Duties and Responsibilities:

• Property Management
• Conducting inspection, market survey, analysis and valuation of assets and providing an accurate information on the value of the property
• Providing an opinion of value for all land and landed properties, furniture and fixtures on property valuation matters
• Overseeing property development, maintenance and project management
• Serving as professional estate agents to clients on matters relating to land and landed property sales, acquisition and lease
• Involving in business development through upgrading of portfolio and marketing company properties for sale and letting
• Liaising between the company and vendors
• Preparing documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
• Building a network of agents, coordinating and developing a robust relationship with them for the company.
• Submitting daily/weekly/monthly report to the Managing Director
• Advising on various types of real estate investments that can be embarked upon
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organisations.

Requirements

The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily:

• Minimum of a HND/ BSC in Estate Management or Similar discipline
• 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization
• Must be able to demonstrate your experience of managing property and projects
• The candidate should be confident, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
• Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision-making, and a hands on approach
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
