Role Overview:

  • The Estate Sales Officer is responsible for managing, promoting, and selling real estate properties for the company. The officer will oversee property transactions, engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct property viewings, and provide accurate information regarding pricing, features, and market trends. A successful Estate Sales Officer will excel in delivering client satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Lead Management

  • Actively reach out to potential buyers and follow up on leads to generate interest in company properties.
  • Develop and maintain a network of clients through referrals, industry events, and relationship building.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, addressing client inquiries and guiding them through the buying process.

Sales Execution and Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving property transactions.
  • Provide accurate market information to clients and offer property recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
  • Draft and present offers, negotiate terms, and close property sales, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, pricing, and demand in various locations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns for properties.
  • Assist in appraising property values and advise clients on property conditions, upgrades, and pricing adjustments to improve marketability.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Prepare all required documentation for transactions, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain records of client communications, transactions, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Facilitate post-sale processes, including handovers, documentation, and customer follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing personalized service and post-purchase support.
  • Address and resolve any client complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
  • Develop client retention strategies and maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, legal regulations, and property valuation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
